UK: Free* delivery, estimated 1–3 working days.
UK Special Delivery: £7.00, next day delivery (orders placed before 3pm).
European Union: £25.00, estimated 5–7 working days.
Rest of World: £30.00, estimated 5–7 working days.

Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased, you can return them in their original condition within 14 days (you must include a copy of the original order), and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item(s). This does not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We will not refund items that have been worn or had their tags removed. Please allow 1–3 working days for refunds to be processed.

Underwear products are strictly excluded from returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or another product of the same value, you can do so within 14 days. Please email sales@n22menswear.com so we can reserve your desired item. You must cover all postage costs. We will not exchange items that have been worn or had their tags removed. You are responsible for both returning the goods and the resending postage cost.

To make a purchase on n22menswear.com you will firstly need to register as a user. When registering you will need to provide a fully operational and valid email address to enable us to keep you up to date with the status of your order and send you your sales receipt.

Currently we accept UK Pound Sterling, Euro, US Dollar and Australian Dollar as payment currency. We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Solo and Switch debit cards and Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard credit cards. Your preferred payment method will be confirmed at the checkout but you’re the funds will not be taken from your account/charged to your card until you receive an order confirmation email. Your sales receipt will be sent to you via email, it contains your unique order number which you will be required to quote in any correspondence with us regarding your order. Please keep this email as proof of purchase.

To provide a secure online shopping environment your card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of a third party accessing your card details through the Internet.
